Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a consumer - in principle, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely.

If you made a purchase in our online store, you can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, e.g. via e-mail sent to the following address: kontakt@akcesoriameskie.pl

Return the returned item to us immediately to the following address: al. Piłsudskiego 63 05-070 Sulejówek, but no later than within 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of making the purchase.

The 14-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins:

for a contract in which we issue the item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the date of taking possession of the item by you or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier,
for digital content - from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.

To return the goods, they must be unused and undamaged in any way. They should contain the original tags and labels.

We will return the payments you have made to us immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned products from you.

We may withhold the return of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back, depending on which event occurs first.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to contracts concluded between entrepreneurs (except for individuals running a sole proprietorship, unless the purchase is of a professional nature).

Remember that the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply to consumers, among others, in relation to the agreement:

where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs,
where the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life,
where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery,
where the subject of the service is audio or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery
for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period and after the entrepreneur informed them of the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.

Complaints
If the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the e-mail address: kontakt@akcesoriameskie.pl l

The goods subject to complaint should be sent to the following address: al. Piłsudskiego 63, 05-070 Sulejówek or in our stationary stores.

In connection with a defect, you can request:

replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
removal of the defect,
or submit a statement about:

reduction of the price,
withdrawal from the contract - in the case of a significant defect.

We are liable to you for defects found before the expiry of two years from the date of delivery of the item.

As a rule, you can file a complaint within a year of noticing the defect, but the time for filing a complaint cannot end before the expiry of the seller's liability period.

Your complaint will be considered (addressed) within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint.

Remember:

When buying in an online store, you have 14 days to return the goods.
The returned goods cannot have any traces of use. We will be grateful if they are originally packed.
We will refund the payment after the return has been accepted
The refund is made: by bank transfer to the account indicated in the return form in the case of purchases made in the online store
In the case of returning products purchased in a stationary store - refunds are made to a gift card valid for 90 days.
